1. Food Formulation & IP
All nutritional profiles, Ayurvedic meal architectures, structural menu parameters, custom spice-paste blends, and computational mapping data displayed across our digital pipelines are protected under intellectual asset frameworks. Bypassing or reverse-engineering recipes or tracking matrices for independent production cycles is strictly unauthorized.
2. Subscriptions & Logistics
Daily subscription allocations or individual meal runs are processed in real-time runs based on strict morning farm millings. Modifications, subscription holds, or delivery matrix redirects must be submitted via the digital portal before 06:00 AM on the target distribution day. Dispatches missed due to locked gates or incorrect coordinate maps remain chargeable.
3. Ayurvedic Calibrations & Health
Puresphere Foods calibrates its formulations across the Shad Rasa (six tastes) and natural macro cycles. While our kitchen structures strictly reject chemical preservatives and animal derivatives, our nutritional cycles do not serve as individual medical prescriptions. Clients experiencing complex biological transformations or underlying metabolic variances should verify our ingredients independently before ordering.
4. Pure Kitchen Mandates
Our core biosecure promise holds that meat, fish, or egg elements never cross our infrastructure lines. We monitor our fulfillment hubs continuously. In the extreme event of unexpected agrarian source variables, liability remains bounded tightly to a complete transaction run refund.
